|Perhaps 'writer's block' not such a bad thing for some authors|
I\'ve had this week\'s topic on my mind for a number of months, but just felt nudged into writing it when I read Sunday\'s Knoxville News-Sentinel column by Ina Hughs. She was opining on unusual opening sentences in books that are supposed to grab the reader\'s attention and roll into the story from that point. She quoted the famous paragraph, \"It was a dark and stormy night...\" that most of us associate with our favorite comic strip pooch, Snoopy.
